During lipotransfer, fat is transferred from one part of the body to another. In this case, from where the patient needs it (buttocks, hips, etc.) to the breast. In very slim women, fat can be removed from several parts of the body. The surgeon applies the purified fat to the breast with a thin cannula with a diameter of only a few millimetres. I contacted Mymedical Prague for removal of implants with a view to replacement with uplift. Petr was able to find a surgeon meeting my requirements very quickly, and was quick in response to any questions I had and organising the surgery. My surgeon was Dr Lhotsky at FORME clinic who was able to give professional advice on what was best for me and took into account what I was looking for. I ended up having explant with uplift and using some of my own fat to fill the void where the implants were. This ensures I don’t need another operation in 10 years + as what some people don’t realise , having implants requires a lifetime commitment as they DO need replacing. My old implant had ruptured which was the main reason for having surgery. I am currently 6 days post op and am very happy with the results so far. My medical Prague will meet you at the airport and run you back and forth to your clinic, hotel and airport so no worries . Petr speaks very good English which makes for a relaxing experience.

The process started with a enquiry, pretty soon I received a WhatsApp message from an man called Petr Limberg ,he was to be my liaison for everything I needed to know and do prior to surgery.he will stay in touch from start to finish he even picked us up from airport and returned us also,  at a small cost ,

Who I met for the first time on the day of surgery he was very reassuring and had clearly listened to Petr about what I wanted to achieve.Dr Vatlak is one of the leading in this field so I felt as relaxed as possible.
I had to stay over night and most off the next day before discharge as he wanted to make sure both drain were doing there job .i was given full after care instructions to follow which was great , please take a partner with you as you will definitely need someone help after surgery.
All in all a very good experience it’s now 6 days post op and everything seems to be as it should be..
I had my operation done at the Iscare clinic, which in my opinion was not the friendliest of places, the first faces you see are the receptionists, well they don’t come across as being very nice, I feel first impression always count, which is what you need to see I think, the night staff where far from friendly unfortunately, anything I asked for felt like an inconvenience, which worried me slightly being I was in a foreign country, and not given no option on food or drink choice, you just got given what it was with no options at all, even if you didn’t like it.. which I felt this again was not good enough, fortunately I had taken some snacks with me,But I feel this is no reflection on Petr or doctor Vatlak, as they both done an amazing job, and I would definitely recommend doctor Vatlak for any surgery, so that’s what counts the most.
