I contacted My Medical Prague to enquire about an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, chin liposuction and a facelift. Petr responded and was so helpful and friendly, explained everything in detail and recommended a nearby hotel. After booking everything, I attended for my consultation on 09/07/25 and the doctor was absolutely lovely. He thoroughly explained what I could expect and that although I could go ahead with the chin liposuction it would potentially not achieve the results I would be looking for and he did not want me to spend money on something I may not be happy with (which I thought was amazing as a lot of other clinics would just want to take your money!)
The clinic is modern and clean and I felt so looked after that I am planning on going back for a rhinoplasty very soon.
I cannot thank everyone, from Petr to the nurses and the doctor enough – I am only two weeks post-op but am already so happy with my results – I can see my eyelids again for the first time in years!

I reached out to Petr earlier this year while looking for a clinic that could accommodate my request for 3 procedures on a specific date. I had to cancel with another clinic so I was a bit panicked and in a rush to find a clinic asap. I had limited time in Prague. Petr was extremely helpful! He did all the leg work searching through clinics that can do what I wanted on the dates I wanted, he did all the communications, coordination, scheduling. I had to only fill out a form from the clinic and prepay, of course. Petr drove me to the clinic and back to the hotel after the procedures. Seriously much appreciated! I would otherwise had to call a taxi and deal with some stranger staring at me all wrapped up in bandages and being high on meds lol I was totally out of it but Petr was so nice kept me entertained while driving back, and checked back to make sure I was OK. Totally white glove service.
Clinic. I went with ABC clinic. Dr Patzelt. The Dr is young and is up on all the most recent procedures and techniques. I had a quick lift, upper Blepharoplasty and lip lift done. My healing was swift, especially the upper eye lid, less than a week. I attribute it to the technique used and me taking care of myself, of course. The Upper lip lift scar is still slightly red and healing bc I use that muscle the most. He didn’t go overboard on any areas, I still look myself just 15 years younger. I got lots of compliments already, even with the scar above my lip. Overall I am very pleased. Clinic is very nice, modern, beautiful design, with designated parking underground, staff is great front desk and medical, mostly speak English. But Petr helped translate to English when needed! Had my blood drawn right there, no hassle, no wait. The Dr is very professional, highly knowledgeable with great bedside manners (very important!) and again, I couldn’t have pulled it all together without Petr´s help given my tight schedule in Prague. Highly recommend, both – Petr and the clinic. Thank you again!
