Endoscopic Forehead Lift – Endotine®
Description of the procedure and the resulting effect
It is the extraction of sagging skin in the forehead and eyebrows area. Surgeon makes short incisions in the hair area. With these incisions, the doctor inserts a camera and surgical instruments under the skin so that he/she can perform the surgery as gently and accurately as possible. The doctor also places the loose forehead skin on absorbable subcutaneous implants. They keep the lifted skin exactly as desired. When their task is over, they are absorbed after 6 to 12 months.
During the procedure, the subcutaneous structures are tightened, the muscles are corrected and the skin in the forehead is stretched. Finally, the doctor closes the wounds, provides them with a sterile cover and an elastic headband.
